Jamie Dornan fronts the new Ermenegildo Zegna campaign under the careful new direction of Stefano Pilati for spring/summer 2014. Of course much hype is surrounding Dornan, who has been a rather successful model and young actor, with the news of his accepting to play Christian Gray. A role, I believe, that would be stupid to turn down despite the fact the books sound like utter rubbish. That said it’s a lot like Crocs, I’m afraid if I try it I may like it.
He stars alongside Paolo Anchisi in this Zegna campaign shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin. While it may seem like an odd change for the designer I believe he will bring a certain elegance and design sophistication to bring the label up a few notches. Did you see the sleeve detail below? Power suiting and excellent tailoring, this one is on my list to watch for sure.
